Contract with the Norvento fund

Development of a 48 MW wind farm; value of EUR 64 million.

Strategic agreement with the AES group

Development of 8 wind-farm projects with a combined capacity of 422 MW and a value exceeding USD 550 million; Nowa Energia retained a 10% stake in the projects.

Growing the portfolio

Construction permits for a further 11 wind farms; at its peak, around 50 projects were in development at once.

Wind farms of our own

Project register — Australia

Since 2017 the Group has been developing projects in Australia (the Pty Ltd company was formally registered in 2018). The register covers only ventures confirmed by public records, and the statuses deliberately separate approved or in-development projects from built and operating ones.

Nowa Energia Australia Pty Ltd

Incorporation of the Australian company (ABN 71 617 581 361, active since 21 March 2018) — formalising the Group’s presence in Australia, built since 2017.
